Cancellation & Refund Policy


At Gemperts India, we strive to provide top-notch digital marketing and software services to help businesses grow and succeed. However, we understand that sometimes, circumstances may require clients to cancel services or request refunds. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy ensures a transparent and fair process for all our clients.

 

1. Cancellation Policy

We value our clients' time and resources, and we request the same in return. If you wish to cancel any service, kindly review the following conditions:

Digital Marketing Services

  • Before Project Commencement: Clients can cancel services within 24 hours of payment to receive a full refund, excluding any processing charges.

  • After Project Initiation: If the project has already started, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the work completed. A partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

  • Subscription-Based Services: For SEO, PPC, or social media management, cancellations can be requested before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the ongoing cycle.

Software Services

  • Custom Software Development: If a project is in the planning phase, cancellation is possible within 3 days of signing the contract, subject to a 10% administrative fee.

  • Ongoing Development: For projects already in development, refunds are not available. However, clients may pause or modify their projects after discussing with our team.

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) Subscriptions: Clients may cancel their subscription anytime, but refunds will not be provided for unused periods.

 

2. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality services. Refunds, if applicable, are processed under the following conditions:

Digital Marketing Services

  • Refunds are only applicable if the service fails to deliver agreed-upon milestones.

  • No refunds for completed work, consultations, or third-party costs (e.g., ad budgets for Google/Facebook Ads).

Software Services

  • Refunds are considered in case of project non-delivery, subject to a thorough review.

  • If the delivered product does not match agreed specifications, we will first attempt modifications. If still unsatisfactory, a partial refund may be offered.

  • No refunds for SaaS subscriptions after the billing period has started.

 

3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a request via email to care@gempertsindia.com with details of the issue.

  2. Our team will review and respond within 5-7 business days.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • No cancellations or refunds are available for one-time consultations, domain registrations, or hosting services.

  • Refunds for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failures) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
